Location : Near Star Gate at Zaabeel Park
The project aims to implement a frame, which uniquely highlights the Dubai landmarks. It forms an aesthetic and architectural landmark that creates a bridge between the past and the present, to be an important attraction point for tourist visitors and residents alike, and is expected to attract nearly 2 million tourists a year. It is in the form of a frame, with two towers of height 150m, that are connected by a 93m bridge at the top of the towers. The space between the towers forms a pretty clear view for the city from a high altitude. The bridge serves as an observatory providing uninterrupted views of “Old Dubai” to the north, and “New Dubai” to the south.
The lower rib (side) of the frame, consists of a Gallery Museum that embodies the idea of the project and tells the story of the evolution of the city and its past, present, and shows the old and new city, using the most new & updated means of presentation that contributes to the creation of a favorable environment that develops & comprehends the renaissance taking place in Dubai.
The upper part of the frame (bridge) will be of glass, with glass floors, so the visitor feels like walking in space, allowing the visitors to enjoy Dubai from all sides. This section of the frame will include a cafe and a number of services that are designed to meet the international specifications. In addition to the functional and aesthetic excellence of the building, the project internal and external finishes has been taken into account to be of a high level of quality.Total area: 7,145 square meters
